Ingredients

  • 1/4 c milk of choice
  • 1/4 c iced coffee
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder I used Orgain chocolate fudge
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ice
  • 1 handful spinach optional

Instructions

  • Add milk, coffee, protein powder, peanut butter, frozen banana, chia seeds, flaxseed, and spinach in a blender. Blend until it is a smooth consistency. Add ice to thicken to the desired consistency
