- 1/4 c milk of choice
- 1/4 c iced coffee
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder I used Orgain chocolate fudge
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp flax seed
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ice
- 1 handful spinach optional
Add milk, coffee, protein powder, peanut butter, frozen banana, chia seeds, flaxseed, and spinach in a blender. Blend until it is a smooth consistency. Add ice to thicken to the desired consistency
